We offer a unrivalled selection of certified fire and high security single and double steel doors suitable for all fire exit, personnel, communal entrance doors and access control applications. Our doors can be supplied with a range of locking hardware including panic locks, crash bars, door closers, security windows and dead locks to suit any specification needed.
Steel Emergency Exit & Fire Exit Doors
Our Fast Track 4 Fire Door Range has been developed to provide a certified range of fire rated personnel, emergency and fire exit doors. These provide fire resistance for a minimum of 4 hours, independently tested to BS476:PART 22 1987 with fire rated door closers and weather seals. They are available in a choice of primed or polyester powder coated for a tough durable finish in a wide choice of colours.
Our fire exit and emergency exit doors include:
- Steel casing to protect/isolate the door locking mechanism within the door.
- Additional welding on corners and seams.
- Specialist door infill.
- Precision manufactured to a maximum of 5mm between door frame and 10mm between door and threshold.
Access Security Doors & Steel Communal Entrance Doors
Combining an attractive yet secure access to the main entrance to any building, our steel communal entrance doors are able to withstand heavy use and vandalism. The range is suitable for all public buildings including the front and rear doors on communal accommodation, schools and offices. The range is Certified to PAS 23/24.
Our steel communal entrance doors can feature:
- Heavy duty closers to return the door to the closed position and concealed electro-magnetic locks that provide automatic locking.
- Electronic opening available.
- An integral anti-jemmy strip protects the locking mechanism from attack with crowbars and other levers.
- Both frame and door are fully welded for added strength, all welding is galvanised to prevent rust.
- Vision Panels are available in the door and sidepanels to enhance appearance as well as adding light to entrance ways
- Improved weight distribution is achieved through an extra strong continuous hinge which also enhances safety by removing the opportunity for trappped fingers.
Personnel Entry Doors
Our general purpose personnel doors are available as a single, leaf and half and double doorset with a very large selection of options and extras so each door can be tailor-made to fit your requirements. The doors we instal are enhanced with the hinge area reinforced with a unique 'Hinge Chassis System' and heavy duty bolts.
Our personnel entry doors include:
- Manufactured from 1.6mm Zintec Steel with folded 45mm thick leaf with composite honeycomb core.
- Electronic opening available.
- Internal Hinge Chassis System.
- Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant aluminium threshold.
- Integral Anti Jemmy Strip to prevent against attack with a crowbar.
- Minimum of 4 high quality stainless steel hinges (BS 1935.2002 grade 13) - larger doors have 6 hinges.
